Welcome to Digital Video Memories Photographics web site. This section is dedicated to transforming your photographs into professional slideshows that are burnt onto DVD so that you can view them on your television or send them to family and friends.

We can transform pictures from any occasion into a professional and entertaining DVD that you can keep for yourself or give away as a present. You can even have multiple discs made and give them to as many people as you want. Some examples of some occasions that we have put onto DVD are:

We can also enhance and improve your photographs so that they are the best they can be for your DVD. Each picture goes through our optimisation process before being included in your slide show. We use eye catching, professional transitions between each picture as well as effects on the pictures themselves to enhance the viewing experience. Music can also be added, either royalty free tracks that have no copyright obligation, or your own choice of music, providing it meets the copyright criteria within our terms and conditions. This all goes to give a truly professional result that you will be proud of and something that will last a lifetime.

Should you decide you want more copies some time after completion of your order, we can accommodate that request as well. We keep master copies for at least 12 months and often longer. Simply submit an order of the numbers you need and we will do the rest.

Click on, or download, the example below to see what we can do with you pictures. One or more of these can be put onto your DVD and, although this example doesn't include this, your text or commentary can be also added to the slideshow to give it that special added extra.

We can accept a wide variety of formats to make it easy for you to send us your photographs.

• Scanned or downloaded digital images
  We can accept images that you have already downloaded to your computer providing that they have been saved as either .gif, jpg or .jpeg, .png.
  Please contact us to see if we can convert from other types such as .bmp, .emf, .psd, .psp, .tiff, .wmf for example. There may be a small charge to convert these types of photograph but we will discuss that with you prior to starting your order. These costs will never exceed £5 per 50 photos' and are normally within the £2 to £3 range, per 50 photographs.
  Try to make sure that they have been scanned using the following guidelines.
  4"x6" photos at 300 dpi or larger
  5 x 7 photos at 200 dpi or larger
  8 x10 photos at 150 dpi or larger
  Don't worry if the photos are rotated or different in size. We will rectify any problems such as these as part of our optimisation process, which is included in our pricing guide.
• Photographs
  We accept photographs up to A4 size and will scan and optimise them to fit your slide show.
  Whilst 99% of photographs are normally okay after going through out optimisation process, if there are any still in need of repair to make them look acceptable we will contact you to discuss your requirements and costs. Repair costs will never exceed £2 per photo and are normally within the 50p to £1 range, per photograph.
• Negatives
  We can scan images from black & white or colour negatives and enter them onto a slideshow for inclusion on your DVD.
• Slides
  We can scan images from slides and enter them onto a slideshow for inclusion on your DVD.
