Posting your goods to us

Please post your vinyl records or cassettes to our secure *Post Office box address, which is

*We use a PO Box as part of the security for your goods. When you post them to us at our Post Office box, they stay with the Post Office until we collect from them. This way your valued goods cannot get lost or stolen, and we collect from our Post Office box daily so your order isn't delayed.

Posting your completed order back to you

All of our returns to our customers are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels post.

This gives us a certificate of posting and gives you the protection should anything go amiss. All packages are covered by insurance for up to £34. (Additional cover can be arranged, up to £500)

Should you wish for alternative arrangements such as Recorded Delivery or a courier service, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it and sort everything out for you.

Postal & packaging is charged for by the item (single, LP or cassette) as per the our postage table

Count each double album converted to CD as two albums

For each double album included in your order of multiple albums please count as two albums.

For orders over 10 albums or cassettes please contact us to enquire about postal charges.

For orders with a combination of vinyl and cassette please use the Vinyl Album price range.
